Players' Bill of Rights

Players have the right to experience the game of baseball in a positive environment.

Players have the rights to play games without being over coached and constantly nagged by team officials.  Practice is the manager's time and games are for the players.

Players have the right to play and make mistakes without excessive criticism.  Opposing teams and spectators will not cheer mistakes.

Players have the right to play games without parents and spectators coaching from the stands.   Once in the dugout and on the field, parents will not interfere with players participation in the game.

Players have the right to play without seeing and hearing team officials and parents exhibit poor sportsmanship to Umpires and each other.

Players have the right to a safe playing environment.

Players have the right to have team officials organized and prepared for games and practices.

In Return Players Will:

Respect league officials, teammates, opponents and parents.

Be a sportsman.

Work hard in practice to improve.

Follow instructions from team officials.

Obey safety rules.

Wear their uniforms properly.

Run on and off the field.

Hustle on every play and not make excuses.

Respect the game of baseball.
